Ben and Jack transported me Yesterday and I just wanted to say a massive thank you to them arriving on time and both clearly very good at their job as it was so straightforward.

You are very lucky to be employing a driver named Justin and just hope you appreciate him. He collected me from HA74QB to RNOH Stanmore at 10.30am this morning. I cannot praise this young man highly enough for his kindness and courtesy. He really went over and above to make sure I was comfortable in his ambulance and then just took such great care of me. I use hospital transport regularly and no one has looked after me the way Justin did. Thank you!

Thank you for the help you given me and my husband Stephen who is the one needed o go to hospital via your service. The drivers plus the people on the end of the phone were very helpful getting us from our home to hospital and back again. Thank you again

I met with Elisha yesterday as she was transporting my mum back to her care home from Frimley Park. I would just like to say how amazing Elisha was during the whole process. My mum has motor neurones disease and is non verbal, Elisha was very engaging with her and provided so much reassurance throughout the whole journey. She made everything so smooth and easy for us both, and I feel a huge effort was made from her. This really goes a long way for a family like ours given how hard the situation is with mum. It’s so lovely to have such a kind caring staff member on board with mum. Elisha is a an absolute credit to have in your team and I hope this is recognised and passed onto Elisha. Thank you,

I am a patient who's recovery process would be completely different without this outstanding team. After 21 day in hospital I needed to be referred to London for an urgent spine surgery. Not being mobile and relying on nursing staff every day for last three weeks the 21 mile journey made me rather worried. The Reliance Ambulance services arrived spot on within the scheduled time, kindly helped with my bags, crutches and carefully wheelchaired me to the ambulance. After carefully transferring to the trolly we had a little laugh, friendly conversation and most importantly the staff dealt with my urgent needs, comfort and safety throughout the journey. Ian and Jade went above and beyond when I panicked on arrival to see yet another hospital bed. They took their time to ensure I am ok to be transferred to the bed, had a glass of water to calm down and held my hand when I truly couldn't get myself together. What a blessing to meet such a kind team! I didn't have Christmas nor New Years in 2023, but I certainly had experienced my Christmas miracle and the kindness that I will always remember! Thank you both for making my journey so much more bearable and THANK YOU!!! Super team!!! I am finally home and walking little bit 🙂 Advise to management: Please look after your employees as they deal with so much every day. Ian and Jade should be training other people as they approach could not be more professional and human. Thank you!!!

Used your services for the first time last week for my Mum who is always nervous going to the hospital. Grant and Ren were fantastic - they were reassuring and supportive from the beginning to the end of our hospital visit. As first timers they explained every step of the way what to expect (ie - return journey etc) They supported Mum with her mobility issues in such a gentle way that made her feel very safe. Jade Newlyn has twice looked after me while being transferred from Frimley Park Hospital to Farnham Hospital. She has been efficient and kind and has made the experience as easy for me as possible. Hospital transfers can be traumatic but her calm efficiency made me confident that all would be well.

Picked me up from st peters a&e 9/12. Absolutely brilliant the two crew members. Even made sure I was ok when I got inside my home. 10/10
